Kuala Lumpur, 11 May 2026 – A 59-year-old construction worker from Johor Bahru probably never expected his regular Magnum 4D visit to turn into an RM10.6 million moment. But that is exactly what happened when his casual Lucky Pick selection ended up winning Jackpot 1 worth a massive RM10,610,543. 

The Johor Bahru uncle, who has been playing Magnum 4D for over 20 years, placed an RM20 bet at a Magnum 4D outlet in Permas Jaya. Like many regular players, he usually goes for 4D Classic and occasionally tries his luck with 4D Jackpot.  

This time, a spontaneous decision completely changed his life. He spotted a Lucky Pick displayed on the outlet’s glass panel and decided to give it a shot. That random choice turned out to be the winning combination. The numbers 2106 (2nd Prize) and 0963 (3rd Prize) matched perfectly, securing him the grand Jackpot 1 prize. 

The craziest part? He did not even realise he had become a millionaire. A few days later, he casually returned to the same outlet to buy more numbers and check his previous tickets. That was when the outlet frontliner broke the unbelievable news to him. According to the winner: “I was in total shock. I never imagined a Lucky Pick ticket could actually be this lucky.” 

He shared that the excitement was so overwhelming, he could barely sleep for several nights after finding out. His wife, who also plays Magnum 4D occasionally, was equally shocked, and the couple is apparently still trying to process the fact that they are now RM10.6 million richer. 

Despite the life-changing win, the humble winner said he has no plans to stop working anytime soon. For now, he and his wife are taking things slowly while deciding what to do with the prize money.
